While we are not in the business of selling repair parts, we do understand that sometimes it is impossible to bring your bag in for repair due to time constraints or proximity to our repair center. For this reason, we offer the following:

If you can provide a digital picture of the part required, as well as all the pertinent information about the bag,

  We will reply, usually within 24 hours. We will let you know if we have the part(s) and the associated cost.

Keep in mind, parts are final sale and we do not provide any specialty tools or any hardware (screws, rivits, etc.) to install the replacement parts.
